The IAMCP Pune Chapter successfully hosted yet another impactful meetup on 5th November 2025, bringing together Microsoft partners, industry leaders, and technology enthusiasts for a day filled with learning, networking, and collaboration. Held at the vibrant Redington Office, the event was a testament to the growing strength and synergy within the IAMCP community.
The day began with a warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to the Redington team, especially Avinash Marale, for graciously hosting the event and providing a collaborative space that fostered meaningful conversations and connections.
The session was kickstarted by Aarti Yadav, Board Member of IAMCP Pune Chapter and a leader at Zelite Technologies. She introduced the IAMCP community to new attendees and shared the vision and mission of the organization. Aarti also announced the much-anticipated Illuminate 2026, scheduled to be held from 5th to 7th February in Bengaluru, generating excitement among the attendees for what promises to be a landmark event.
The first keynote of the day was delivered by Ravi Bhushan, Chief Information Security Officer at PayU. His session was a deep dive into the implementation of cybersecurity technologies using the Microsoft Security Ecosystem. Ravi shared real-world use cases of Microsoft Copilot within PayU, offering attendees a rare and valuable customer perspective on how AI and security can work hand-in-hand to drive operational excellence.
Next, Cloudaeon, an IAMCP India Corporate Member, took the stage. Reginold Joseph and Rahul Deshmukh presented their innovative offerings on Microsoft Fabric, highlighting their custom-built accelerator and sharing insights from successful implementations. Their session provided practical knowledge and sparked interest among partners looking to explore Fabric as a service line.
Avinash Marale from Redington, the gracious host, followed with an engaging session on Microsoft Copilot. He showcased how Redington is enabling both customers and partners to leverage Copilot effectively, emphasizing its transformative potential in enhancing productivity and decision-making.
The team from Viami presented a sponsored session on their flagship product, Viami Directory as a Service (DaaS). Designed for SMBs and mid-market enterprises, the solution offers a cloud-based alternative to traditional directory services like Active Directory or LDAP—eliminating the need for heavy infrastructure investments while ensuring robust identity management.
The second keynote was delivered by none other than Bhavana Patil, a passionate advocate for partner success and a true ambassador of the IAMCP Pune Chapter. Representing Microsoft, Bhavana inspired the audience with her session on adopting Microsoft Fabric as a practice. She emphasized the journey from being a Solution Partner to achieving Specialization, and captivated the audience with live demos showcasing the power and potential of Microsoft Fabric. Her insights were a call to action for partners to deepen their capabilities and embrace the future of data and AI.
The event concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks by Amit Hiremath, President of IAMCP Pune Chapter and a leader at Clarion Technologies. He expressed gratitude to all the speakers, attendees, and partners who made the event a grand success. Amit also announced an exciting Dinner Meetup planned for December, encouraging continued engagement and collaboration.
A special mention was made to Ashika Suresh from Axima and Board Member of IAMCP Mumbai Chapter, who traveled all the way from Mumbai to attend the event—her presence added immense value and highlighted the strong inter-chapter camaraderie within IAMCP India.
