On December 22, 2025, IAMCP India, in collaboration with Microsoft VDS, successfully launched IAMCP LaunchPad, an initiative designed to Align, Accelerate, and Amplify partner success. The virtual event witnessed an overwhelming response with 150+ Microsoft partners joining from across India.
The IAMCP LaunchPad event on December 22, 2025, began with a warm welcome from Debasish Pramanik, Secretary of IAMCP India, who set the tone for an engaging and insightful session. The event brought together over 150 Microsoft partners to explore new opportunities for collaboration and growth.
Neeraj Gargi, President of IAMCP India, introduced the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMCP), highlighting its global presence across more than 40 countries and 100+ chapters. He explained the organization’s four core pillars Partnering, Advocacy, Community, and Education and emphasized the immense value of Partner-to-Partner (P2P) collaboration, which drives over $10 billion in annual business worldwide. Neeraj urged non-members to join IAMCP to leverage networking, co-selling opportunities, and knowledge-sharing platforms.
The session then featured insights from Ajitabh Dwivedi, supported by Romil Rastogi and Sameer Sharma from Microsoft, who shared the impact of the Vendor Digital Sales (VDS) engine. VDS reaches 125,000 SMB customers annually, creates 65,000 opportunities, and executes 29,000 transactions, achieving a 35% opportunity-to-revenue conversion rate and a 17% pipeline growth powered by AI and Copilot. Ajitabh explained the success chain connecting customers, VDS, DAS specialists, partners, and IAMCP, ensuring tighter orchestration and faster deal closures.
The LaunchPad program was introduced with three key objectives: deepening collaboration between IAMCP partners and Microsoft VDS, accelerating partner capability and pipeline through enablement and advanced certifications, and expanding the ecosystem and co-sell growth by leveraging IAMCP’s vibrant community. To achieve these goals, LaunchPad offers exclusive benefits for IAMCP members, including BANT-qualified referrals, tele-calling as a service, advanced certification training and vouchers, strategic product enablement sessions, and technical webinars and demos.
Adding further value, Deepesh Belwal from Crayon announced special support for IAMCP partners, such as onboarding assistance, SPD enablement, guidance for Azure Accelerate, and a Crayon Contest offering attractive incentives for partner sellers. This initiative aims to empower partners with resources, rewards, and opportunities to grow their business.
The event concluded with a call to action for non-members to join IAMCP and participate in upcoming initiatives. Neeraj Gargi also announced Illuminate 2026, IAMCP India’s flagship annual event scheduled for February 5, 2026, in Bengaluru, promising deeper networking and collaboration opportunities.
“IAMCP is all about creating an ecosystem where partners collaborate, grow, and succeed together. LaunchPad is our commitment to empower partners with opportunities, knowledge, and a strong community that amplifies their business potential.”
IAMCP LaunchPad is not just a program it’s a growth engine for Microsoft partners. By combining IAMCP’s global community strength with Microsoft VDS’s scale and agility, partners can unlock new business opportunities, enhance technical capabilities, and thrive in an AI-driven ecosystem.
