    Under the Hybrid model, we partner with organizations to complement their existing capabilities by offering services they may lack. For instance, if a company possesses a robust functional team but lacks a technical team, we step in to provide the necessary technical expertise. Even in this scenario, our interaction remains indirect with end-customers, as we operate under the partner’s brand, focusing on enhancing their overall service offering.

  3.  Core Expertise Model –

    Under the Core Expertise Model, we partner with organizations to enhance their existing capabilities by providing specialized services they may lack. However, unlike the other models, in this scenario, the end customer is fully aware of the expertise we bring to the table. This transparency allows for a more direct interaction between us and the end customer, leveraging our core strengths to deliver added value and meet the customer’s specific needs.

Centre of Excellence
  1.  Custom/ Turnkey/Workpackets projects

    Under this model, we collaborate with partners to undertake integration projects and assist in new product development, customization, and related endeavors. By leveraging our expertise and resources, we aim to support our partners in achieving their project objectives efficiently and effectively.

  2. Support Centre

    Under this model, we assist partners in meeting their customers’ requirements and resolving any issues they may encounter. This support is provided under the partner’s brand, ensuring a seamless experience for the end customer. Our role primarily involves backend support, offering expertise and resources to address customer needs and resolve any issues efficiently. This model allows partners to maintain direct interaction with their customers while benefiting from Dhyey’s support and expertise behind the scenes.

  3. Resource/ Team Allocation

    Under this model, we assign our employees to work closely with partners based on their specific requirements for a duration typically ranging from 6 months to 1 year. While these employees remain on Dhyey’s payroll, they are dedicated to fulfilling tasks and projects outlined by our partner organization. This model allows for flexible deployment of resources, ensuring that partners have access to skilled professionals without the need for long-term commitments or additional hiring processes

  4. Time & Material

    Under this Model, we collaborate with partners to assist them in preparing estimates related to time and material for specific projects. This collaboration involves working closely with partners to understand their requirements and constraints, and providing expert guidance to ensure accurate estimations. Once estimates are prepared, we deploy the necessary resources and solutions in the partner’s sandbox environment, allowing for testing, validation, and refinement as needed. This model enables partners to effectively plan and budget for projects while leveraging Dhyey’s expertise and support throughout the process.

Add-On/Products
  1.  Direct Sale Model via Partners –  Under this model, partners have the opportunity to promote and sell Dhyey Add-Ons directly to their end customers according to their specific needs. This approach allows partners to leverage Dhyey’s add-ons as value-added offerings to broaden their product portfolio and strengthen their overall sales strategy.
