Frequently asked questions(FAQs), about the conference
The IAC stay packages encompass accommodation at Hotel Hyatt Centric, Goa, from 28th Feb to 1st Mar. Packages cover all meals, including the welcome dinner and gala awards night. Rooms are allocated based on the selected package — twin sharing, single room, or with spouse/partner.
The hotel is approximately a 1-hour drive from both Goa airports. Hyatt Centric Candolim Goa is conveniently situated on the main Candolim Road, steps away from North Goa's key attractions, including shopping and restaurants.
While the standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, early check-ins are possible based on the room availability. We would recommend that you arrive around 2:00 PM. If your room still needs to be ready, explore Candolim and the nearby beach
The day starts with a Sun Downer party from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, followed by a formal welcome dinner at 7:30 PM. Retire early and rest well to enjoy the conference over the next two days fully
Start your day with breakfast from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM—sessions with well-spaced coffee and lunch breaks run from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Leisure time is scheduled from 5:30 to 7:30 PM, followed by awards sessions, entertainment, drinks, and dinner. We shall update the schedule on the website as we finalize sessions and speakers.
Begin the day with breakfast from 7:30 to 9:00 AM. Sessions run from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Lunch is at 12:30 PM, and departure follows based on flight schedules. Check-out is at 12:30 PM; leave luggage at the hotel concierge and attend IAC 2024 lunch.
Sessions on 1st March conclude at 12:30 PM, followed by lunch. We recommend booking return flights after 4:00 PM to account for the 1-hour commute time to the airport.
