Delegate Reservation Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation, scheduled to take place this month from 29th to 31st Jan at Hotel Park Regis, Goa.

1. Reservation and Payment: All reservations must be made through the official conference registration platform at https://iamcpindia.org/iac2025/. Delegates are required to provide accurate and complete information during the reservation process. Full payment is due at the time of reservation to secure your attendance.

2. Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Understanding that plans can change we aim to be as accommodating as possible with our cancellation and refund policy:

• Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances such as medical emergencies. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
• Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that our event is canceled all registered attendees will receive a full refund.
• Substitutions: If you cannot attend you are welcome to transfer your registration to another person. Please notify us at with the replacement's name and contact information at least 3 days prior to the event.
• Full Refund Deadline: Cancellations made up to 15th January 2025 will be eligible for a full refund.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 16th January 2025 and 28th January 2025 will be eligible for a 50% refund.
•No Refunds After Deadline: Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made after the 28th January 2025. This policy is due to the costs associated with event planning and logistics.

3. Event Schedule and Content:
The event schedule, speakers, sessions, and topics are subject to change without prior notice. The organizers reserve the right to modify the event program for logistical or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Code of Conduct:
All attendees must adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a respectful and inclusive environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated, and the organizers reserve the right to remove offenders from the event without a refund.

Delegates are expected to adhere to the IAMCP Code of Conduct throughout the conference. Any violation may result in immediate expulsion without refund.

5. Photography and Filming:
IAMCP reserves the right to photograph and film the conference for promotional and archival purposes. Delegates consent to their likeness being used in such materials.

6. Force Majeure:
IAMCP shall not be held responsible for any delay, disruption, or cancellation of the event due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or any other force majeure event.

7. Liability:
IAMCP and its organizers shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or injuries incurred by delegates during the conference.

8. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
By completing the reservation process, delegates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. IAMCP reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the conference website.

9. Additional charges:
Any charges billed to room over and above conference package must be settled by delegates directly with the Hotel. (such as Room service or other paid services of hotel not included in conference package).

10. By registering for illumimate 2025 event, attendees acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
